whats best route for boost gauge line on 06 vw gti. with center dash ven pod mount?
I AM RUNING A BOOST GAUGE IN POD ON TOP OF DASH VENT.. ON A VW 06 GTI.. DOES ANY ONE KNOW THE BEST WAY TO ROUTE THE LIND FROM GAUGE TO ENG. THX
Best position to place the pod with the gauge is on the left windshield column. You can extend the power and signal wires behind the covers, down below the dashboard, you can connect the positive, ground and ignition activation wires from the wiring near fuse box or steering column (Consult a qualified Auto electric technician). Then, you can extend the signal wires through a hole in the firewall. From there, extend the wires in to the engine, and connect them to the mounted sensor close to the MAF.
